Forty 1º North offers transient and seasonal dockage and requires membership for seasonal dockage, but they have short term memberships available (see seasonal prices.)The marina can accommodate yachts up to 250’.

Dockage prices:

Transient dockage- $7.50 per foot per day

Seasonal- You can purchase a full season’s membership for $550 or a weeklong membership for $350. The weekly membership fee is credited in full toward a food and beverage account at The Grill, a magnificent fine dining restaurant and bar on the premises.

May 10^th 2008 marks the opening of Forty 1º North’s first full season. This marina/ resort composes a very simple but elegant design, courtesy of DAS architects of Philadelphia. They have mad a masterpiece of maximizing views and incorporating design elements from the backdrop of Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay.

There are two restaurants on the premises; The Grill is an elegant open air restaurant and Christie’s is a fun, retro, casual dining indoor restaurant.

There are four beautifully renovated suites available for guests. These suites are fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic® bed, flat-screen LCD television, plush furniture, bathroom with tub & shower, and a full kitchen. An overnight stay also includes parking and complimentary breakfast for two.

The Newport Yachting Center offers transient and seasonal dockage with no membership necessary. The marina has over 2,500 feet of available transient dockage and can accommodate yachts up to 180 feet.

Dockage prices:

Transient-

Memorial Day Weekend May 25 - May 28 - $5.00 per foot per day

April- June 14- $2.75 per foot per day/$5.00 Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of holiday weekends

June 15 - Sept. 5 - $5.00 per foot per day

June 29- July 7- $5.50 per foot per day (3 night minimum stay)

September 6- November- $2.75 per foot per day/ $5.00 Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of holiday weekends

Seasonal- $175-$200 per foot for the season depending upon the size of the vessel
