Designed for an UAE commission, Giancarlo Zema Design Group's semi-submerged hotel resort looks like it could have been modeled after the underwater Gungan city of Otoh Gunga from the Star Wars movie. Nicknamed the Amphibious 1000, this resort comprises a land and sea section, hence the name, and fans out into the sea.
